Anything between 6 months – 18 months is the same price. We also offer premium short term
leases. Please ask a leasing specialist for details.

What you need to do before you move in:

1. We will bill you for your trash and
water usage - No need to set anything up.

2. Turn on your electricity.

3. Purchase Renter’s Insurance
a. We accept all insurance providers. Just have your agent email or fax us the declaration page.

b. Please make sure your address and apt # appear as the covered property.

c. You will need to purchase $100,000.00 minimum of property liability.

Go to www.erenterplan.com and sign up for your pre-approved coverage. Just type in 79414 in the yellow box on the left, and then choose Windsor Creek Apartments from the list of communities. Prices will vary.		 4. Pay your deposit and pro-rated rent amount.
