1 Pet: $350 One-Time Fee
2 Pets: $700 One-Time Fee
Pet Rent: $10 monthly per pet
No more than two pets allowed (only one of which may be a dog). Combined weight may not exceed 30 lbs, and neither pet may exceed 20 lbs.

Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
